Symptoms: Page with Macromedia Flash enabled does not load fully Page does not load fully Cause: Some Web browsers do not support advanced content, such as Macromedia Flash content, when SSL is enabled. If a page will not fully load, or if Flash files will not play, and if you are using Internet Explorer Answer: You must configure Internet Explorer to support advanced content with SSL access. To configure Internet Explorer to support advanced content: On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll down to Security, and then select the Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box. Click Apply. Click OK.
