DB server instead of Webcat service

texte = I just moved my site from IIS4 to IIS5 on a new server, when I installed webcat version 4.5.1 (exactly as I did on IIS version 4) is uses DB server and not webcat service so when an issue occurs the site is down as DB server quits, when webcat service quits on the old server it was set to restart automatically Why did DB server become default to run the service?
