Dynamic Form - Shipping Country / State/ Province

texte = Currently, our checkout page allows a customer to choose a country from a drop down form. That is fine. The State selection is also a drop down form. I have included both US States and Canadian Provinces in this list. Is it possible, using WebDNA (or another scripting language), automatically change the State/Provice field from a drop down form to a type="text" depending on the country that is selected? For example, I want the drop down menu to show up when a customer selects US or Canada and a text field to show up when they select any other country.
