texte = This solution looks nice and it works ... as long as I turn on the spotlight indexing for /Library Now I'm looking for a smart solution where I don't have to index the whole Library, which holds gigabites of data and log file and and and! - so I created a folder on / called "spotlight_indexed" - I turned of indexing for all folders on / exept the above mentioned one - then I created a symlink in the users webhome, which is pointing to the "spotlight_indexed" folder - I put a few pdfs in that folder and searched them on the mac -> ok - then I changed the pathes in the shell command to the symlink - searched over the web -> not ok - changed the path in the shell directly to "/spotlight_indexed/" -> not ok any ideas?
