We simply aren't going to canabalize a colocation/host to get the development business, but having said that I am sure we could put together an agreement that would preclude any such action on our part. As for stealing, using your code. We have made a large investment in converting to php and while we have no intentions of abandoning webdna, any new significant projects are done in php. That said, its simply not in our nature to do such a thing. Lastly if it comes to bad code and we need to verify it, we can move your site to a dedicated server until it is proven your site is stable, all at no extra cost.
