Normally this is used for a back door to your online store so that your salespeople can create discounted orders for your customers. A password is needed to enable this feature.HOWEVER, if you leave the Line Item Password field blank in your WebMerchant Preferences dialog, then no password is needed, and anyone can enter any price for a product. Please go immediately to your WebMerchant Preferences and create a password. It doesn't matter what it is -- it won't interfere with the normal operation of your online store: it will just prevent customers from creating their own 'creative pricing'.Thank You and Happy Selling!Grant Hulbert, V.P.
