You say "StoreBuilder".. what version of WebDNA are you running and what platform. Is this a "StoreBuilder" store, or is it a "SiteBuilder" store? There is some troubleshooting code in the AuthorizeNet_DC.inc file within the Globals/WebMerchant/ directory: [!][writefile file=an_test.txt][content][/writefile][/!] [!][writefile file=an_response.txt][response][/writefile][/!] Uncomment those for troubleshooting.
