texte = With the release of CICADA GOLD before next week, i wanted to mention the last company shares for sale; you might know that WebDNA Software Corporation is a Delaware Close Corporation, meaning WSC cannot emit more than 1,500 shares and have more than 30 registered stockholders. On another side, foreign stockholders are welcome: as a matter of fact, part of the company shares are owned by non-US stockholders. As of today, 11 shareholders own a little more than 97% of the shares, meaning we still have few shares for sale. Since there is no market value (the company is not a public one), the shareholders agree on a share value every year, $800 this year. This is an agreement on the minimum price they would sell their shares if they had to or wish to, and the minimum price such shares would be bought back by the Company, an existing shareholder, or an external buyer. However, after all the shares to be sold, if an external buyer wants to acquire stock from a shareholder, then there will be no maximum price.... I am glad to announce that the share value already increased by 20% since last year, which is not bad nowadays :-) Shareholders also get a 20% discount code that they can apply on the store for any WebDNA license purchase, for as long as they own WSC shares... So, we are looking for the last co-owners of WebDNA Software Corporation, even with one single share. Note that, since the allowed number of shareholders is limited, in case we get too many requests, priority will be given to buyers requesting a higher number of shares. The new candidate must adhere to a company shareholder agreement first.
