In the Ireland anyway they are better than PayPal. They take debit cards (PayPal only take credit cards), they allow for integration into your own domain (PayPal do not). I know PayPal offers more options in other countries though. The Worldpay model is based on being a payment processor where you do not need to set up a separate merchant account with your bank.
