texte = Donovan, Listwords can handle thousands of words fine. I use it in a several tools of mine that you've seen and used for things like custom parsing and substitutions on articles and pages (think cortex and dnabrain). Depending on what you're doing inside the loop, of course, it could take a while, but listwords will do it's job fine. Good debugging techniques like testing the code on small and medium sized samples before throwing the GastlyAmount at it are highly recommended. A thousand or two words is not all that huge for admin- type activities, but you wouldn't want to do that on high traffic pages if there's another way.
