[WebDNA] Admin Login Required to Serve any TPL Page

If I sign on with any user who has admin access, the pages are served fine. This is a real problem, has anyone run into this before? If I sign on with any user who has admin access, the pages are served fine.= This is a real problem, has anyone run into this before? There = was one reference to this same issue on the Talklist but I didn’t see = any solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
