I noticed when I loaded the page manually it had the database issues all of a sudden... it was a trigger to run every hour to keep my real estate site updated. however, they have modified the access tues morning... I've sent the page into the list and a copy of her emal... she also said all I'd need to do is change "buf" to "nys" on the host...? I will help getting back up and running again!
