The form is ridiculously long but it's the exact same form in either case, so I don't see any reason to post it here. The only difference is not in the form anyways, the difference is that I'm accessing the file in two different ways: http:// and file:/// > It could be something about the referrer, but it might be a path issue in the code. Here are the paths as shown in the browser's location field: http://localhost/ken/realEstate/gcmlsSearches/originalCode.html file:///home/ken/realEstate/gcmlsSearches/originalCode.html > Also, just out of curiosity, have you tried testing it with IE on Windows (or user agent switching the browser to say so)? No, but I always use Firefox when visiting this MLS site and it always works fine when I do this search from the same form after Firefox receives it from the MLS server. It just doesn't seem to like it when the form is served via http:// from my "localhost" development computer. The only difference I can imagine here is the referer ... which may mean that I can spoof it by putting a referer into my tcpconnect (when I'm actually ready to use tcpconnect to post to the server, but I;m not there yet). Too bad Firefox doesn't have a feature that allows me to change the referer manually so I can test everything BEFORE messing with tcpconnect ... :) Now that I've said this I wouldn't be surprised if it does, as an add-on. I'll check now ... Sincerely, Kenneth Grome Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
