[WebDNA] Escape an ampersand in [middle]

texte = I've never [url]ed a startafter or endbefore value in [middle] but one of these values has an ampersand in it so I'm wondering if [url]ing it will escape the ampersand? Or is webdna smart enough to ignore ampersands in [middle] parameters unless they are immediately followed by "startafter" or "endbefore"?
