[WebDNA] Cannot amend WebDNA prefs

If I ac=cess the WebDNA settings page at this URL:
make some changes and then click 'save changes'= - I get redirected to:

and the changes are not saved. =C2=A0 Permissions on the 'WebC=atalog Prefs' file match those on other dbs that we can amend - such as= the 'Triggers.db'. =C2=A0 Anyone have any ideas?
