This PDF produced a printed book that was about 1.5 inches thick. It was probably made by SmithMicro and it was an excellent resource for beginners. I cannot recall the exact name of this PDF, but it had WebCatalog in its name, and I would assume that it is still online and downloadable from webdna.us. Unfortunately I just tried to find it and it seems I do not understand how the webdna.us site is organized these days, so I have no idea where this file might be located. Chris, do you know the PDF I'm referring to? If so, can you (or anyone else) post the URL so Tommy can download it? Or does anyone else have a copy of this PDF that they can give to Chris so he can post it on the company website?
