texte = Not sure if this helps but....I just had an issue with this after moving sites, and WebDNA 6.2 to a new server. I set it up, using the https url, turned it on, and it wasn't triggering. I went back and looked at the triggers, and somehow it had switched the https to http. I left it turned on in WebMerchant to process orders for the store, then changed the triggers back to https, and saved, and was able to keep them on. I had to repeat this same procedure for every store, as somehow, as soon as I checked, and saved "Starts/Stops the Trigger associated with this store" , it would remove the "s" in https .... not sure why, but that's how I got it working.RobOn Dec 8, 2011, at 3:41 PM, Stuart Tremain wrote:> Any preference files that I should check ?> > On 07/12/2011, at 9:41 AM, Stuart Tremain wrote:> >> I recently had to move servers due to a hardware issue and now have a problem that triggers at a SANDBOX level are not working.>> >> Triggers at the top admin level work OK.>> >> I created a new sandbox and tried the triggers but without success.>> >> The same triggers when added to the admin level work OK.>> >> Server is Windows 2003 with WebDNA 6.2>> >> Permissions ?>> >> Paths ?>> >> I can not find anything in any prefs file that may point me in the right direction.>> >> I have tried turning triggers on and off.>> >> Adding new triggers.>> >> The triggers.db is loading but they are not firing.>> >> Any ideas why they may not be working at SANDBOX level.--------------------------------------------------------->> This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to>> the mailing list
