You know, I'm really not trying to fight or argue= , and certainly the mistake could be mine, but I really do believe that I am= experiencing something to take notice of, especially given the early stage o= f v7. It may be a completely idealistic way of thinking, but to me, discove= ring the root of this problem would provide a lot of benefit to the v7 movem= ent, and thus provide greater accessibility to current and future webdna pro= grammers. At the very least, rule out these combinations as ones to avoid a= nd when funds are available, look into the matter more deeply. It would be n= ice to at least get that validation. Naturally, it would be ideal to find o= ut that all this situation needs is some advanced config tweak, and then her= e I am moving forward as originally desired. Or, then again, at least give t= he benefit of the doubt that unless theres proof otherwise, maybe I'm not do= ing anything wrong and there's an issue that should be noted for v7. =20 I am stubborn and don't give up easily. It doesn't mean though that I'm not= open to try alternatives. =20 Ken, I will consider your offer and first confirm if I can switch to lighttp= d. Dreamhost offers this option and may convert all of our apache configs t= o lighttpd automatically. If u can confirm the functionality of Debian 6 wi= th lighhtpd, then I will consider that as a top option. I do have my own VPS that is successfully hosting v7 sites already. So, I'm= not at a total loss. But it really is most ideal to keep the site on the i= ntended server. I understand that WSC doesn't have the resources to hold everyone's hand ins= talling v7. I'm not asking for that. But I would like this situation to re= sult in providing something useful to the community, rather than just being a= frustrated guy who gave up and never learned the problem.
