I'd like to know what are you guys using to serve your sites ...

This is our situation ...

OS: Mac OS 10.6.8
WebServer: Apache
No of hosts served with v6: 100
No of hosts served with v7: 5
No of servers: 3
Server location: inhouse / host center



I'm looking for an environment where I can securely host my client sites, I'd be willing to buy a new equipment or even to outsource it.
But I have to make sure that it will run just fine ...
