I can't, but maybe the host will check his logs if my client asks him to, so I'll send my client a request to review the logs after I finish this email. Here's some interesting diagnostic info: The emails are multipart and I'm using --[cart]-- as the delimiter between html and plain text parts. After viewing two of the duplicate emails it appears that they are identical, meaning they use the exact same [cart] value as their delimiters. If the trigger were running twice the [cart] values would be different, so maybe this is not a trigger issue. This makes it a new question: Is the problem caused by a [sendmail] bug, or is it a mail server issue? Possibility #1: Each email file is being written once and then sent twice. Possibility #2: Each email file is being written twice. Not sure how to determine which of these is actually happening, except to see the mail server logs. > I've seen mail clients that sometimes don't send the > correct flag, and the customer ended up getting duplicates. My email software is receiving the same duplicates as my client's email software, so I doubt that this is a mail client issue.
