texte = Actually PHP is working fine. The syntax I used in the lighttpd.conf file did not work for some reason, even though it precisely follows the example in the docs on the lighttpd website. I found a work-around that uses a different syntax which doesn't matter on my dev machine, so I'm good to go -- until I have to move things to a live server.
