So I checked http://httpd.apache.org/mod_fcgid/mod/mod_fcgid.html and cannot find that directive? All I can find there are: FcgidMaxProcesses and FcgidMaxProcessesPerClass Those default to 1000 and 100 respectively. So I guess I just need to find some way to prove to him that DefaultMaxClassProcessCount 1 will fix this problem? What can I tell him so he will at least try it!?!?
