How do I apply my updated email forms (problems template.txt, >purchase template.txt, customer problem template.txt which are in the >webmerchant folder) from my webcatalog then.Sorry, you're caught in the transition. If you've got WebCommerce Solution 2.0 (the one that authorizes credit cards via MacAuthorize), then WebMerchant indeed sends emails because it knows whether or not the credit card cleared the bank (so then it knows which email to send). Unfortunately you cannot use all the WebDNA commands. There is a limited set of tags you can use as defined in the WebMerchant manual.WebCatalog 2.0 alone can send emails without the help of WebMerchant (we used to call this WebCommerce Solution Lite), but because it has no idea if the credit card is bad, it has no concept of a 'Customer Problem' email.Grant Hulbert, V.P.
