All very easy, any of the ajax shopping cart templates that you find will do the job, you just have to manage the calls to the webdna pages.
There is no point re-inventing the wheel so use some the thousands of existing AJAX shopping cart systems. They will take a bit of reverse engineering but I am sure you will be able to work out what is going on and what you need to do as far as WebDNA is concerned.
Have a look at something like this:
http://www.beaenea.com/envato/codecanyon/bootstrap_shoppingcart_pack/shoppingcart_left.php
You will see the the ajax probably going to a .php page, just change the scripting to WebDNA and you will achieve what you are wanting to do.

I'm looking for some Jquery/Ajax to combine with Webdna so that when I had some products to the cart it doesn't reload the page.
I found a lot of script using forms, has some one a technic without using a form?
