If you absolutely MUST have WebDNA running on the computer you're using now, I can see two possible options, neither of which you'll want to do for obvious reasons: 1- Downgrade to a version of Windows that runs IIS 6.0. 2- Replace Windows with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS then install Apache 2.4 and WebDNA 8.x. Personally I would not do either of these things if I were happy with my current version of Windows, which apparently you are, so instead I would do this: 3- Buy a really cheap used computer, or find one free on craigslist or freecycle, or get one out of your closet, or ask a relative for the one they no longer use. Then install Ubuntu 14.04 and Apache 2.4 and WebDNA 8.x on it. Doing this means you don't have to change a thing on the computer you're using now (which is a 'really good thing') yet you can still have a local server without an Internet connection. Or if you'll always be online while programming, another simple option is to: 4- Get a cheap VPS (some are only $10-20 per year, look on lowendbox.com), install Ubuntu 14.04 and Apache 2.4 and WebDNA 8.x on it, and do your development work remotely. There may actually be more Windows options I'm not familiar with, but you'd have to talk with a Windows guru to learn more about these possibilities, if any.
