My StandardConversion.db does a fine job of =converting the line endings into <br>, which I =want. 

But =on a word like "Charly's" I get Charly=EF=BF=BDs

and Chlo=C3=AB Boulez becomes Chlo=EF=BF=BD Boulez

Where would I find special character code to =place into the conversions.db.

Would =that solve what I'm trying to achieve here?
