I'm trying my first install on a Ubuntu virtual machine, and receiving a "failed to fetch" message when I apt-get update

"failed to fetch http://deb.webdna.us/vivid/dists/vivid/non-free/binary-amd64/Packages 404 not Found"

Christopher, have the files moved? something else I should be doing?
