Makes no sense as they are penalizing cert holders!!! They are gonna lose this battle because rather than me spent $3,000+ to secure all my domains and still get punished for it! I'm simple gonna have a SINGLE domain with a cert to run all transactions and logins at one site! I'm sure most of us check cookie and ip to see if the users/client is logged in and that might be a small problem sending them off site to login and such, but using the ip and a temp ID can easily log them with the redirect back to the domain they are coming from! All this because reading the PORT seems to be hard, but may actually save me $1,000's and I won't be punished by Apple, Chrome, Google, and Apache! It's my domain name and I should be able to run all the sub-domains I want!
