Because you set = =E2=80=9CIDType=3Dnum=E2=80=9D, WebDNA is converting the comparison = value ([blank}) to a number. Since it is an invalid number, it uses the = value 0.

So this = gets interpreted by WebDNA as =E2=80=9CneIDdata=3D0=E2=80=9D

If you instead use = =E2=80=9CneIDdata=3D999999=E2=80=9D or another number you know won=E2=80=99= t be there, then you will see the zero.
