So In reality, it cost me not even $30/mo for the server as it doubles as my personal computer. I'm sure the new server is drawing even less energy! And I have unlimited domain names and more VPS's just creates more work! I'm sure you have 7 of the same databases or files in each one! I have one registration form designed to work with any domain name and smart enough the find the SSL and do a navigator.track all on the fly! I don't think u can't do that in separate VPS's...
