I just though = of another one:


This works in server = edition: [ListMIMEHeaders = name=3DHOST][value][/ListMIMEHeaders]

but in fcgi it needs to = be [ListMIMEHeaders = name=3DHTTP_HOST][value][/ListMIMEHeaders]

Please excuse me if it has already been = done, I am not running the latest server edition.
