texte = Hi Ed!Thank you for taking the time to clarify the real meaning of yours andGrant's messages regarding future technical support on the WebDNA-Talklist.You're right, I did misunderstand your message ... but it wasn't just yourmessage that caused the misunderstanding, it was Grant's, too. Afterreading both of your messages I was convinced that we had heard the lastfrom Grant on the list, and that really freaked me out ...Anyone like me who spends 5-10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week writing WebDNAis a person whose performance would be severely impacted by the loss of theexceptional technical support Grant and his partners have provided.Make no mistake about it - it's the fast (really fast) and informed techsupport that offers the biggest value to those of us who buy this softwareand use it 'to the max'. If nothing else comes from this littlemisunderstanding, at least now you have a clear understanding of just howmuch we value - and still depend upon - the excellent support Grant andJohn and Jay provide to us via the list.By the way, Ed, now that my paranoia has been put to rest, I want to secondGary's 'Welcome to the WebCatalog family' of VERY satisfied users! And if you guys still want to throw a *real* party for Grant and the restof the PCS folks - including the NEW PCS-related folks from StarNine - thenyou're all welcome to come to Hawaii and have it right here in 'paradise'!:)Sincerely, Ken Grome ..... ken@iav.comhttp://usarea.net/home.html
