Search with Special Chars

texte = Hi there,I'm trying to create a search-form to search a database with words containing special characters as german Umlauts or french accents (ä, é, ...)[url][/url] doesn't let me find my targets and [convertchar][/convertchar] makes no sense.With normal chars evrerything works just fine.I guess it's a charset problem ISO-Latin -> Mac-Roman ? ! ?
