Usually with High percentage holdouts like Internet Billing Company http://www.ibill.com/ they charge 15% plus hold 10% towards chargebacks for 6months. First Virtual has a 91 day holding period but only charges 2% + .29cents a transaction which is very close to normal merchant account rates. There are others but I have not worked with them, these two I have worked with.Gary Richter wrote: > > I just left a meeting with a potential client who is a start-up mail order > business and their bank has refused them a merchant credit card account.
