I am about to set up an online store using webcat and maybe webmerch for a client who needs to be able to accept and approve credit cards over the internet. He also needs a merchant acct. that allows Internet transactions. I am doing research and finding that many clearinghouses won't do On-line stuff because it is 'high risk.'
