texte = Grant, Marc, Ken, John & whoever else might be interestedI have looked this over and I cannot find any clue as to what might bewrong. I have gone so far as to reinstall both Webstar and Webcatalog, and set it up with the cgi instead of the plugin to see if it made adifference, to no avail. The behaviour is identical in bothcircumstancesIs it possible that the server is merely putting up the *same pagewithout reinterpreting it*? That seems to be what is happening, but Idon't know how to verify that.Do you see any mistakes in this shownext context? Grant suggested using[Searchstring] as a parameter instead of listing them out, but when Ilooked into the webstar admin log, the data was being passed differentlyfrom what the search context on the results page required (resulting in0 item(s) found), so I modified it to match what the search templatesends to get the same data sent both times.[shownext position=begin&max=1&method=POST]
[/shownext] With verbose logging on in Webstar, the context is interpreted on theresults template as
The following post data is what actually gets sent back to the resultstemplate when clicking the shownext buttoncart=296247083925&SearchField=Title&SearchAction=ws&SearchCriteria=arthritis&max=3&startat=4compared to what the results template received from the search templateSearchField=Title&SearchAction=ws&searchCriteria=arthritis&Max=3&Startat=1The only difference being the addition of the cart variable and startatincrementing to 4, I would assume that I would get the next 3 titlesstarting at 4. But no, I get the same three titles over and over again, and the shownext button on the bottom of the page always says Showitems 4-6The whole code for the results template as well as the search templateare included for your reference.Search Template
