taxRate is fine but taxTotal isn't

texte = My formula for getting the tax rate in the taxRates.db is working just fine. It is finding the PA tax rate for pittsburgh at 7.0% and showing that on the shopping cart page. However, it is not multiplying the taxRate by the subTotal to get that taxtotal. Any thoughts?my Invoice part looks like this...
