texte = My search template is set up to allow a search on two fields. This workswell as long as the two fields are different. However, if the same fieldis entered both times, the search comes up with 0 itemsThe search string passed to web catalog through the form looks likethis:SearchField=Writeup&SearchAction=ws&SearchCriteria=vitamin+bible&SearchLogic=&SearchField2=Writeup&SearchAction2=wo&searchCriteria2=vitamin+hair+prostate&cart=29666141900&searchMax=3&startat=1As you can see, on the one hand I'm looking for a string, on the otherany of the words will do.On the results page it is formatted as a context search as following:[searchdb=aliveBooksv1.db&max=[searchMax]&cart=[cart]&[SearchAction][SearchField]data[SearchLogic]=[SearchCriteria]&[SearchAction2][SearchField2]data[SearchLogic]=[SearchCriteria2]&startat=[startat]]So this particular search doesn't work. Is groupfield the only way toaccomplish this? If so, what is the appropriate WebDNA command to grabthe text either before it is sent from the form, or before it isprocessed by the context on the receiving template, in order that itmight be massaged into the appropriate form?Chris GurscheEC&T Electronic Colour & Type Corp
