texte = My search template is set up to allow a search on two fields. This works well as long as the two fields are different. However, if the same field is entered both times, the search comes up with 0 itemsThe search string passed to web catalog through the form looks like this:SearchField=Writeup&SearchAction=ws&SearchCriteria=vitamin+bible&SearchLogic=&SearchField2=Writeup&SearchAction2=wo&searchCriteria2=vitamin+hair+prostate&cart=29666141900&searchMax=3&startat=1As you can see, on the one hand I'm looking for a string, on the other any of the words will do.On the results page it is formatted as a context search as following:[search db=aliveBooksv1.db&max=[searchMax]&cart=[cart]&[SearchAction][SearchField]data[SearchLogic]=[SearchCriteria]&[SearchAction2][SearchField2]data[SearchLogic]=[SearchCriteria2]&startat=[startat]]So this particular search doesn't work. Is groupfield the only way to accomplish this? If so, what is the appropriate WebDNA command to grab the text either before it is sent from the form, or before it is processed by the context on the receiving template, in order that it might be massaged into the appropriate form?Chris Gursche EC&T Electronic Colour & Type Corp Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
