texte = I am trying to create a search and can't seem to figure out how to do thisor even is it is possible.I have a field that I call code. I will show you two records in that fieldthat contain part numbers.record 1, field code 1001 1002 1003record 2, feild code 1002 1010 1020 1021The field is filled with part numbers that relate to another file. Theyget there and have the spaces between each 4 digit part number, that partis confirmed and used in other searches. The code field could have as fewas one part number to as many as eight. What I am trying to figure out is how to do a show me this but not that onthe code field. IE: Show me all the records where the code field contains1002, but don't show me the records that contain 1003. I have a series ofcheck boxes that display on a template twice. The first group is show mewhich works loading the checkboxes with the wocodedata=. The second groupis don't show me loading a group of checkboxes with ( I tried both)necodedatarq= or wncodedatarq=. But since it first finds 1002 it shows meall of those but it does not honor my request to not show me the 1003. Iassume this is because the record 1, field code contains both 1002 and1003.I can count the characters out and do a series of hideif's if this is theonly way around this on the display search template, I think. I made thisfield be exactly 4 digits long because I do a count characters elsewhere inmy site and break them out into groups of 4. But I was trying to do it thesimple way with the various search options in webcat.Suggestions on things I should try?===============================================Gary Richter PanaVise Products, Inc. 7540 Colbert Dr. Reno, Nevada 89511 Ph: 702.850.2900 Fx: 702.850.2929 Email: grichter@panavise.com http://www.panavise.com===============================================
