texte = Don't underestimate the problems to 'help companies manage E-mail inquiries from customers' If a small mid size company has 10 CS Reps, and you have customerservice@domain.com how do you distribute this mail evenly among the reps? How do you respond to email if any given Rep doesn't respond to in a timely manner? Should this email then forward to another rep? There are some BIG issues in making sure customer email is handles correctly is a medium size company. FWIW, I think you could do a really neat system with webcat to read CS email, make replys (with Webcat doing the sending) and keeping records of it all. I just don't get how you would get the mail into webcat in the first place. Brian B.
