texte = Here's a problem that happens sporadically, but I can't reproduce:Every so often, the first 8 digits of the credit card number are appended to the EMAIL and SHIPTOEMAIL headers. * I'm 98% sure that it's not user error. The credit card field and the email field are not close to each other, and the chances of a typo in that area are slim to none. Also, it has happened multiple times, and each time I add more code to ensure that the user is doing everything correctly. * It's not a coding error. We process dozens of orders every day using this system and it only happens once every few weeks. Plus, the credit card header is set on a different page than the other headers (just before the [purchase]).Initially, I thought it might be happening when there are lots of connections and the server was getting confused. However, in the most recent error the load was very light. There were only two people on the regular server and only one on SSL. On a similar note, the [REPLACE] command sometimes puts info in the wrong field. My database has 6 fields devoted to inventory levels. There are times that [REPLACE db=/mydb.db&eqSKUdatarq=SOMESKU]INV1=[MATH]SOMENUMBER+someothernumber[/MATH][/RE PLACE] will result in INV3 being replaced (not INV1).It's as if there's some sort of information leak that causes WebCat to cross wires. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to purposely reproduce these erorrs, so I can't narrow down the problem. These happenings have occured with Web* 2 and 3, many verions of WebCat (back to 2.1), with and without plugins such as FireSite, Nitro, BIAP, etc., and at all times of the day.I really need some insight into this problem. Any ideas or theories would be greatly appreciated!MichaelMichael Winston *By e-mail!: michaelw@dhorse.com Internet Coordinator *By web!: http://www.dhorse.com/ Dark Horse Comics, Inc. *By fax!: 503/654/9440 Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
