I can tell from the error message that WebCatalog is either only partially installed, or unable to find its preference files (the ones in the WebCatalog folder). If you're using a standard server like WebSTAR, WebTen, or QuidProQuo then the installer should put everything where it needs to be.Look on your hard disk for an extraneous WebCatalog Prefs file. If that file is not in your WebCatalog folder, that means it's confused about where all the other preferences are too. That means the plugin is looking in the wrong path. Look for a .ref file in your plugins folder and use SimpleText to open it and put the full path to the WebCatalog folder in there (no carriage return at the end).Technical Support | ==== eCommerce and Beyond ==== Pacific Coast Software | WebCatalog, WebMerchant, 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court | SiteEdit Pro, PhotoMaster, San Diego, CA 92128 | Typhoon 619/675-1106 Fax: 619/675-0372 | http://www.smithmicro.com/ Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
