So if your search wasbwmfgdata=M it would return mfg that started with the letter Mby out of a data base I mean you would have a database with 26 recordswhere one field would be the letter of the alphabet. Then you could pickthis data base up and use it elsewhere in your site without all the hardcoding required.then on your selection page page you would[search.....][founditems]other stuff here for description
