texte = Charles, it looks as if the parameters are correct. I assume that you are getting the correct responses from the search; i.e. houses that have as many or more bathrooms and bedrooms as required and that match the home type and are in the right county. I can't think of a way to further adjust the parameters to return the best matches first, because there is no way to determine which of the records returned is the best. What you might want to do is provide a way to sort on a particular field, so that the records returned are arranged descending by price, or something like that.
