I'm not up to speed with Access, but in Filemaker the idea would be to have various layouts for each of our needs (labels, reports etc.). We want to tell filemaker to import a data file (which would be written from a WebCat search), switch to the appropriate layout and then print. Maybe there's a better way then filemaker or access?
