This WebDNA talk-list message is from 1998
It keeps the original formatting.

texte = Nathan,Make sure you have applied the Read Date Format preference patch that Grant submitted about a month ago. I had similar date problems with 3.0 until I made the fix below. Here is Grant's Message:We have discovered a bug in the Admin templates for WebCatalog 3.0 and3.0.1 that causes dates to be interpreted incorrectly. The AdministrationPreferences template has a popup for Read Date Format which putsuppercase values MDY into the ReadDateFormat preference, instead of thecorrect mdy. This causes date sorting and date math to perform incorrectdate comparisons. You can solve this problem by replacing the following 3 lines in yourWebCatalog/Admin/AdminPrefs.tpl file:
Month/Day/Year (American) Day/Month/Year (European) Year/Month/Day (Text-Sortable)>Hi.>>I am unable to get [format days_to_date %B][math]{[date]}[/math][/format]>to work properly. The code above returns December when using today's date,>10/19/1998. I'm using the Mac cgi, v3.0.1 with WebStar 2.1. (WC 2.x likes>the above code.)>>Any hints as to how I can correct this?-----------------------------------------------------------Mark Anderson marka@fabian.comDirector of Operations and IS http://www.fabian.com/Fabian Investment Resources (714) 536-1931 x259 -----------------------------------------------------------
