Reloading adds items - how to prevent??

texte = We are using a button that has a url that does command=add, and passes an item number to add to the users cart, and have found that if the users clicks their reload button on the itemadded.tpl page that it goes to, it re-adds the item, so they now have TWO of that item...Is there a way to prevent this?
