texte = Has anybody experienced any problems using [encrypt] while appending to (orreading from) a database? What I've got is something like [Append ...]..&foo=[encrypt seed=bar][foobar][/encrypt]...and [Search ...][FoundItems][decrypt seed=bar][foo][/decrypt]...I have run into a situation where, in some cases, [decrypt]ing the valuestored in the database results in what appears to be an encrypted string.Sometimes the beginning of the string is decrypted correctly but the endappears as gibberish, and sometimes the entire string is decryptedcorrectly. I haven't found any pattern to this.I'm using an 8-character seed, which is made entirely of lowercasealphabetic characters. Are there characters which may cause this type of behavior and should notbe encrypted, or should not be used in the seed? This has been occuring under WebCat 2.1.3 Mac acgi. Have any changes beenmade to [encrypt] in 3.0 that I should know about?-Daveo--------------- Dave MacLeay --+o----------- Digital Frontier --+o--------------- 802.253.8612 --+o--- dave@digitalfrontier.com --+
