texte = I seem to be getting some inconsistencies here.First of all I try to log into store builder and try to accessadministration but I can't because my administration password isn'tviable. Despite the fact I have admin privileges, webcatalog won't let mein.So I dump the whole site, and use my pristine backup. I can now get in andtake care of what I need to. The only problem is that I go into databasebuilder and it doesn't create a database. It says it does. It creates allthe files for a new database, but despite the fact I was supposed to havemultiple fields, no fields show up. I go to enter database and it sayssomething like document contains no data. I open the files with bbeditand there is nothing in them. When I go back to webmerchant.admin there are no stores there. there werejust a couple of minutes ago. I go to hit add new serial# in webmerchantadmin and it won't let me.Are there some kind of memory glitches going on here? Should I flushcaches or something?I am running webstar 3.0.2, under 8.1 on a maxpowr g3 card. This isn't the first time I've been having these problems. This happenedbefore. I couldn't gain entry to web administration, so i shut downeverything, and when I started back up everything was fine. The passwordthat wasn't working before suddenly was.thanks for any help.Donovan----------------------------Donovan Rittenbach, M.A.CineOptic Productionstel:510-276-4357cel:510-332-5723fax:510-276-4239zen7@cineoptic.comhttp://www.cineoptic.com----------------------------
