Since I'm on the digest version I'll answer several of thequestions/suggestions at once. I am concerned with how it looks whenreceived by the customer. I use Outlook on an exchange server and messagesthat come from other exchange servers maintain there font and formatting(within the limits of screen size etc.) So it sounds like the best option isto try using the
